Overview

At Problima it is not your degree or reference from your colleagues that builds your reputation. Your reliability is instead built on the feedback of users that have received your solution. The feedback system thus is the reputation of the Solution Provider within a particular category. Over time the cost of a solution from a highly reputable Solution Provider is higher than that from a Solution Provider with no feedback.

How does it work

The feedback from each user is accumulated to give the Solution Provider his/her feedback rating.

Notes

Feedback ratings are assigned within categories. This translates to the reliability of the Solution Providers proposal within that category.

It is the feedback that determines the reliability of the Solution Provider within Problima. The reliability is based on what other users recommend, not necessarily on real world degrees or references.
