“A place to bring problems and...
to get paid to solve them”
Getting Started
Decide who you want to be
First decide if you are primarily interested in asking questions and paying for them or being paid to answers others questions.
If you like to ask and pay for questions, sign up as a User.
If you want to get paid to answer questions sign up as a Solution Provider.
You can also be both. You have to have to separate login Ids. Pay Pal is the preferred method to transfer money but it is not necessary.
Remember you need an Invitation to join Problima as a Solution Provider. The best way to do this is to establish a reputation online within
a category and email support@problima.com with reasons why you should be considered. We will review your arguments to make a decision.
User Sign Up Process
Users sign up by registering as a User. You have to make an initial deposit of $2.50. Problima charges 2.99% + $0.3 with each deposit you make thru Pay Pal. This is our cost to Pay Pal. Alternatively, you can send in a deposit by check with no charge. Checks take longer to process though.
After you sign up ask your questions within appropriate categories. When Solution Provider answer pick the solution you like. Rate the Solution Providers for their Proposals. The process continues as long as you have questions.
Users have to maintain a balance of $1 to be able to submit problems.
Solution Provider Sign Up Process
Solution Providers sign up by registering as a Solution Provider (not a User). They pick the categories where they would like to receive questions. When they log in, they can see the questions within the registered categories.
When they see a question that they feel confident about answering, they make a proposal. Every time the User accepts their proposal, they get paid.
How to be both a User and Solution Provider
You can be both a User and a Solution Provider. To do this you have to create two logins. Each login has to have a different email address associated with it. We prefer that you use Pay Pal for money transfers. It is faster. But this is not necessary.
If you register as both a User and a Solution Provider you will have two logins. You will sign in as the appropriate type of User depending on the type of transaction you want to conduct.
