How do I Register?

1. Click Register from the Home Page

2. Select User and click Submit

3. Enter your Full Name, Unique LoginID and Passsword

Note: We never collect more personal information

4. Accept Terms and Conditions and Click Submit

5. If you were successfull the next page will inform you
to make an initial deposit of $2.50. Click Pay Now to finish Registration

You will be taken to the PayPal site.You can make a payment thru Pay Pal or by using a Credit Card. You will be returned to Problima after making the payment

How do I submit a problem?

1. Login to Problima.

2. Click the Submit Problem tab.

It is the first tab, right below the logo.

3.Enter a Title and Detail for your problem. Select the Category and Sub Category. Click Submit.

How do I submit a feedback?

1. Login to Problima.

2. Click the Submit Feedback tab.

It is the second tab, right below the logo.

2.Click on a Solution link
There will be no links if you have no pending feedbacks

3.You will be shown the Solution and the Detail. Select a rating level (excellent,good,fair, poor or awful). Enter a Description. Click Submit.

How do I pay for a solution?

1. Login to Problima.

You will be taken to the MyProblems page automatically.

If a Solution Provider has made a Proposal, you will see your problems listed with a link indicating number of proposals. e.g. My problem (2 proposals) meaning two proposals have been submitted.

2. Click on the link with proposals

You will be taken to a page that lists the Solution Headline, price and a Buy Solution button next to the Solution.

3. Click Buy Solution next to the Solution you are interested in.

4. Confirm that you want to pay the amount to the Solution provider by Clicking Yes. Or Click No to Cancel out

If you clicked Yes a payment will be made and you will see the details of the Solution. If you clicked No you will be taken back to the previous page.

How do I make a deposit?

1. Login to Problima.

You will be taken to the MyProblems page automatically.

2. Click the My Account tab

It is the fourth tab at the top of the page below the logo.

3. On the My Account page, Click the Make a Deposit link

4. Click Pay Now next to the amount you are interested in.

Follow instructions to complete payment thru Pay Pal.

If you don't have Pay Pal account, you can also use Pay Pal to pay with a credit card.

Help for Solution Providers

How do I Register?

1. Click Register from the Home Page

2. Select Solution Provider and click Submit

3. Enter your Full Name, Unique LoginID and Passsword

4. Accept Terms and Conditions and Click Submit

How do I submit a solution?

1. Login to Problima.

You will be automatically taken to the My Problems page. You will see problems within your registered categories.

2. Select a problem by clicking on its link.

3. Problima will bring up the Details of the Problem. Enter a Headline and Detail for your Solution.

Click Submit.

How do I view my feedbacks?

1. Login to Problima.

You will be automatically taken to the My Problems page.

2. Click the My Feedbacks tab

It is the second tab at the top of the page below the logo.

Problima will list all your feedbacks from different Users

How do I see my earnings?

1. Login to Problima.

You will be automatically taken to the My Problems page.

2. Click the My Earnings tab

It is the third tab at the top of the page below the logo.

Problima will display your total earnings

How do I add categories?

1. Login to Problima.

You will be automatically taken to the My Problems page.

2. Click the My Account tab

It is the fourth tab at the top of the page below the logo.

3. On the Add Categories page. Select the Category and the SubCategory.

Select Add Another if you want to add multiple categories.

Click Submit. Repeat the process to add more categories.

General Help

How do I register as a User and a Solution Provider?

To be both a User and Solution Provider, you have to register twice

Follow the instructions above listed under Registration for User and Registration for Solution Provider.

Note: You need to have two unique LoginIDs to both a User and a Solution Provider.

How do I change my password?

1. Login to Problima.

You will be automatically taken to the My Problems page.

2. Click the My Account tab

It is the fourth tab at the top of the page below the logo.

Click the Change Password link

On the Change Password Page, enter your old password, new password and confirm the new password.

Click Submit to change your password.

How do I view problems submitted by others?


1. On any page (including the Home Page) that displays the Categories section on your left, Click on a Category.

2. Problima will display the problems within that Category. Continue to Click on the Category on your left to see more problems. Or you can go back and look at problems in other categories

Note: You don't have to be logged in to view problems submitted by others.
